A good way to maximize storage space inside is to find tubs that fit into the provided spaces. This way you can remove the tub to find something rather than getting on your knees to look inside the cabinet. You can also stack things in the tub making better use of the space.
In the Expedition, the space under the cabinet to the right of the toilet will fit two of these containers and they fit the top space perfectly, one behind the other.

I like the little garbage can because it hangs on the door off the ground, uses standard plastic grocery bags for liners and is easily removed to access the cabinet.
We found three of these tubs fit under the sink and allow much more storage there. Only trouble is you have to buy two packs.

I cut openings into the sides of the settee and covered it with a door for easy access under the settee. We never used this space in our other trailers because it was too much of a pain to remove everything to get at the space from the top.
I do not like the free standing table that came with the Aliner. My long legs don't like negotiating the folding legs of the table. So I made a new table with a telescoping single support bolted through the floor. That way the table retracts down during travel.
The table top has folding leaves that allow you to fold up one side to make it easier to get in and out. All four leaves can be folded up and the table lowered into a coffee table mode. The dowl is to keep the table top from sagging.
We use a large tablet as a general purpose device. We monitor the status of the power system and solar panels. We use it for an entertainment center for music, streaming video, and planning maps. One-stop shopping electronics.
We use a T-Mobile phone as a hotspot for WIFI. It costs less than Starlink and does not require a clear view of the sky. It, of course, does need cell phone service which Starlink does not.
